For Industrial Manufacturers

Predictable Disposal for Unpredictable Residuals.

Fermentation residuals, organic process streams, ingredient byproducts: they don't stop when your outlet does. WINR Centers give manufacturers a permitted, consistent, year-round destination that lowers cost, risk, and the number of things you have to worry about.

Residual Management Shouldn't Be This Much Work

Disposal costs eat margin

High-volume organic residuals mean high-volume disposal invoices, and they trend in one direction.

Compliance risk never sleeps

Every load that leaves your gate carries your name. One bad actor downstream becomes your headline.

Service interruptions hurt production

When your outlet can't take material, residuals back up, and backed-up residuals can slow or stop your line.

Environmental reporting demands grow

Customers, regulators, and corporate all want numbers. Your disposal program should generate them, not obscure them.

Long hauls add cost and exposure

Every extra mile to a distant outlet is freight cost, carbon, and one more thing that can go wrong in transit.

None of this is your fault. Until now, there hasn’t been a better system. We built one.

The WINR Difference

Lower Cost. Lower Risk. One Less Thing to Manage.

We've spent 20 years handling the material nobody else wanted to deal with. Your residuals are not going to surprise us.

Predictable outlet, predictable pricing

Year-round acceptance on your schedule, at rates you can plan around. No seasonal gaps, no capacity surprises.

Reduced compliance exposure

A fully permitted nutrient recovery process with end-to-end documentation. Your residuals' chain of custody, on paper.

Generator liability reduction

Beneficial reuse through a permitted facility is a fundamentally different risk profile than disposal. Your legal team will see the difference.

Shorter hauls, lower freight

A regional outlet within roughly 250 miles of Western Iowa, instead of trucking residuals across state lines.

Sustainability gains you can report

Tons diverted, nutrients recovered, emissions avoided: line items for your environmental reporting, generated automatically.

The Process

From Your Dock to a Farmer’s Field

01

We Assess Your Stream

Volume, composition, frequency, current disposal costs. No two waste streams are identical, so we design around yours.

02

We Handle Logistics

Pickup on a schedule that fits your operation. Transported to the nearest WINR Center. Documented end to end.

03

We Recover the Nutrients

Aerated Static Pile composting: controlled oxygen, temperature, and moisture. Consistent, high-quality output with lower emissions than traditional methods.

04

Farmers Put It to Work

Finished natural fertilizer goes to farms in our network. The nutrient cycle completes. Your waste built someone’s soil, and we can document it.

Who’s Behind This

“A waste stream is just a nutrient out of place. Mother Nature made all of it. We just need to put it back where it belongs.”

Abe Sandquist, Founder, Natural Fertilizer Services

This isn’t an experiment.

Abe Sandquist spent 20 years turning livestock manure from a liability nobody wanted into one of the most sought-after biological fertilizers in the Midwest. WINR Centers apply that same proven playbook to your waste stream, backed by a USDA Fighting for Producers and Entrepreneurs (FPEP) grant, two facilities underway in Western Iowa, and a third site already purchased.

Questions We Hear

What kinds of industrial residuals do you accept?
Organic residuals: fermentation byproducts, food ingredient streams, organic process sludges and similar materials. We review composition data for every stream before acceptance, so you know exactly what's approved.
What about consistency and contaminants in our stream?
We assess each stream individually, set acceptance specs, and monitor throughout processing. Our ASP composting technology gives us tight control over the process, and you get the documentation.
What does it cost?
Depends on your stream: volume, composition, frequency, distance. In many cases WINR is cost-competitive with landfill hauling, and your costs become predictable. We'll give you a straight answer on a call.
Where are you located?
First two facilities in Western Iowa, serving generators within roughly 250 miles. Outside that radius? Reach out anyway. The model is built to replicate, and we're seeking partners in other regions.
How is this different from landfill disposal?
Landfills are a dead end: nutrients lost, methane generated. WINR Centers recover nutrients aerobically and return them to farmland. Your waste builds soil instead of filling a hole, and you get the documentation to prove it.
